Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Western India market.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and heavy engineering sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation and project scoping to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, project owners, and architectural partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional infrastructure developments to keep the senior management team informed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development within the construction, engineering, or heavy building materials industry.
• Deep understanding of the Ahmedabad and Gujarat regional market dynamics and a strong existing network of industry contacts.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region to meet with clients and visit potential project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
