Regional Sales Manager, Image-Guided Therapy Devices - Peripheral

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance and growth across multiple territories to support company objectives
• Develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics to enhance competitive position and meet customer needs
• Coordinate with business leaders to create realistic sales objectives tied to overall business goals
• Execute sales plans to meet budgeted revenue and average selling price targets
• Manage time in the field with individual sales employees to address strategic challenges and opportunities
• Evaluate market and customer trends to adjust regional plans accordingly

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years within the medical industry
• 2+ years of previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver strategy, direction, and motivation to a team
• Willingness to travel 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of coaching and developing sales talent
• Experience in new business development and managing complex sales issues
• Ability to build and execute long-term strategic plans
