About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of regional sales engineers to achieve regional sales and margin objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, channel partners, engineering firms, contractors, and owners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party channel partners to strengthen strategic relationships.
- Develop and execute regional commercial account strategies and action plans for the process cooling segment.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly forecasts for awards and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Represent LG at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and cultivate new relationships.
- Provide market insights and "voice-of-customer" feedback to influence product development and roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, applied representative management, or large account management.
- Strong technical expertise within the Commercial Air Conditioning industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing complex commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard Windows applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems.
- Experience with process cooling systems, including scroll chiller products.
