Responsibilities
- Set and manage quotas, commissions, and sales management tasks for the team
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior sales staff to reach targets
- Source new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Manage the sales pipeline from screening and qualifying to on-farm demonstrations and contract negotiation
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-sales handoff and implementation
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with customers and industry partners
- Provide product feedback to help drive the product roadmap
- Optimize and evolve the sales process for scalability
Requirements
- At least five years of end-to-end sales experience
- Proven track record in sourcing prospects and securing meetings
- Expertise in value-based sales and high-volume closing
- Strong communication skills for presenting value propositions
- Results-driven with exceptional time management skills
- Adaptability in high-stakes environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dairy farming or the agricultural sector
- Sales experience within a technology-based industry
- University degree or equivalent
