Responsibilities
- Set and manage quotas, commissions, and sales management tasks for the Queensland team
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior sales staff to drive professional growth and target achievement
- Source new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Manage the sales pipeline from screening and qualifying to on-farm demonstrations and contract negotiation
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-sales handoff and customer satisfaction
- Build and leverage industry relationships to maintain the Halter brand
- Provide customer feedback to help drive the product roadmap
- Optimize and evolve the sales process for scalability
Requirements
- At least five years of end-to-end sales experience
- Proven track record of sourcing prospects and securing meetings
- Extensive experience in value-based sales and closing high-volume deals
- Strong communication skills to present value propositions
- Results-driven with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to adapt in high-stakes environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beef farming or the agricultural sector
- Sales experience within a technology-based industry
- University degree or equivalent
