Regional Sales Manager, Grocery

Responsibilities

• Execute Red Bull’s sales strategies and initiatives across assigned grocery regions, banners, and divisions
• Manage regional key account volume, market share, pricing, and promotional activities
• Drive distribution and ensure regional schematics reflect Red Bull standards and chain directives
• Develop and maintain productive business relationships with regional chain decision-makers and Distributor Partners
• Conduct business analysis and quarterly reviews to evaluate ROI on programming and promotions
• Manage regional budgets, including travel and expense spending
• Ensure all regional programs align with the overall chain strategy and Joint Business Plan

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales and key account experience
• Proven track record in CPG, FMCG, or DSD industries
• Experience working with grocery or convenience retail channels
• Strong analytical skills with experience using internal and external data sources
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and active listening skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel 60-70%
