About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell and execute Red Bull’s strategies and initiatives across assigned grocery regions, divisions, or banners.
- Manage regional key account volume, market share, spending budgets, and performance results.
- Execute distribution for priority packages and ensure regional schematics reflect Red Bull standards.
- Develop annual promotion schedules and customize sales pitches to achieve account goals and drive merchandising.
- Establish and maintain productive business relationships with regional chain decision-makers and Distributor Partners.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to update stakeholders on performance, competition, and category insights.
- Analyze business and customer sales data to define priorities and evaluate the ROI of regional programming.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of sales and key account experience with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in the beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries, or within a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operation.
- Proven experience working with chain accounts across grocery and/or convenience channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using internal and external data sources.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and active listening skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with an innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
