Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, distribution networks, specifiers, and influencers
• Develop annual business plans for both new and existing accounts
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM software
• Develop a deep understanding of lighting applications to communicate product value effectively
• Track and communicate market trends, competitive offerings, and new opportunities
• Provide periodic sales forecasts for assigned territories

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role
• Proficiency in both English and German
• Strong drive to achieve and exceed business objectives
• Competency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to undergo a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record in the signage or architectural lighting industry
• Educational background in electrical engineering or electronics
• Proficiency in French or other additional languages
