Regional Sales Manager Gastronomy

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customers in the assigned territory through individual concepts and sustainable sales strategies
• Acquire new customers within gastronomy, hospitality, event industry, and beverage wholesale
• Act as a brand ambassador for Krombacher, Schweppes, Starnberger, Vöslauer, Proviant, Richard’s SUN Iced Tea, and Orangina
• Document activities in the CRM system and analyze market and customer data to derive growth measures
• Identify trends and implement creative sales approaches with initiative and passion

Requirements

• Completed commercial or gastronomic training or a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Economics
• Experience in field service or gastronomy/hospitality, ideally in the beverage or FMCG sector
• Strong network in gastronomy and knowledge of restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs, and hotels in the Düsseldorf area
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
• Strategic thinking, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
