About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead account strategy to generate new business growth and expand the client portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships within enterprise clients
  • Identify customer requirements and influence strategic buying decisions
  • Drive business development and manage all buying cycles and pipelines effectively
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Partner with channel and reseller networks to drive joint sales opportunities
  • Forecast accurately and achieve revenue targets

Requirements

  • Proven track record of quota achievement in enterprise or security software sales
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills for planning and execution
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Must be based in North Germany
