About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead account strategy to generate new business growth and expand the client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships within enterprise clients
- Identify customer requirements and influence strategic buying decisions
- Drive business development and manage all buying cycles and pipelines effectively
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions
- Partner with channel and reseller networks to drive joint sales opportunities
- Forecast accurately and achieve revenue targets
Requirements
- Proven track record of quota achievement in enterprise or security software sales
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills for planning and execution
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Must be based in North Germany
