Enervoir Powersystems Private Limited is a Bengaluru-based clean energy company focused on solar, hybrid renewable energy, battery storage, and rooftop solar projects. The company works across the renewable energy ecosystem, including solar EPC projects, energy storage systems, and clean mobility initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Build and manage dealer/distributor networks and institutional client relationships
- Identify and pursue opportunities with EPCs, OEMs, and solar integrators
- Lead B2B and B2C initiatives for energy storage and inverter products
- Conduct market analysis, pricing benchmarking, and competitor tracking
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams for smooth execution
- Manage a regional sales team and ensure KPI achievement
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in energy storage, solar, or inverters
- Strong network within the Karnataka energy ecosystem (dealers, EPCs, institutions)
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing teams
- Engineering or business degree; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
