Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota
• Lead, motivate and develop the US sales team
• Ensure that team and individual report’s targets are achieved
• Forecast targets accurately
• Lead recruitment of additional resources to grow US sales presence
• Develop net new business and expand existing book of business
• Represent Elliptic in senior meetings with C-Level executives at large global financial institutions
• Build out strategic territory plans, prospect, and manage full sales cycles
• Conduct in-person presentations and product demos
• Negotiate terms and close business
• Work alongside Client Services to develop deeper relationships and upsell

Requirements

• 5+ years managing sales teams executing business with $50K-$250K ACVs
• 10+ years full sales cycle experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions
• Ability to manage both high-velocity short sales cycles and complex long sales cycles
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and track record of generating net new business
• Demonstrated track record of individual and team quota overachievement
• Experience with sales campaigns or deals of $1,000,000 USD or more
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Intimate understanding of AML/KYC and Forensics space
• Experience in cryptocurrency or traditional financial environments
• Passion for emerging technology
