About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador in the field, managing sales and distribution of products
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with retail and beverage market partners
- Expand market share by increasing product distribution and availability
- Ensure attractive product presentation and implement point-of-sale marketing measures
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., in food retail)
- Initial experience in sales or distribution is an advantage
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Residence within the defined sales territory (Karlsruhe / Freiburg area)
- High motivation to engage customers and grow brands
