About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market share across the Great Lakes region
- Mentor and support District Sales Managers through regular coaching and customer engagement
- Support key opportunities, pricing strategy, and project management initiatives
- Strengthen relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key customers
- Partner with estimating, engineering, operations, and sales excellence teams
- Spend time in-market alongside District Sales Managers to drive sales execution
- Build a strong regional culture while coaching and developing high-performing talent
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of sales experience within pre-engineered metal building (PEMB)
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams across large territories
- Strong business acumen and experience with pricing strategy
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to travel 40–50% including periodic overnight stays
