Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market share across the Great Lakes region
• Mentor and support District Sales Managers through regular coaching and customer engagement
• Support key opportunities, pricing strategy, and project management initiatives
• Strengthen relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key customers
• Partner with estimating, engineering, operations, and sales excellence teams
• Spend time in-market alongside District Sales Managers to drive sales execution
• Build a strong regional culture while coaching and developing high-performing talent

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of sales experience within pre-engineered metal building (PEMB)
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams across large territories
• Strong business acumen and experience with pricing strategy
• Ability to travel 40–50% including periodic overnight stays
