About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 6–8 Regional Channel Sales Managers to achieve quotas
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top channel talent
- Drive pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate weekly forecasts
- Execute national channel strategy in alignment with company GTM priorities
- Assist in closing complex, high-value transactions through executive-level relationship building
- Monitor sales activity and report performance trends to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience
- Strong track record of sales achievement (President’s Club preferred)
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments and accurate forecasting
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Proven success in hiring and developing sales talent
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in channel sales
- Experience within SaaS, physical security, or partner-led sales organizations
