About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 6–8 Regional Channel Sales Managers to achieve quotas
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top channel talent
  • Drive pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate weekly forecasts
  • Execute national channel strategy in alignment with company GTM priorities
  • Assist in closing complex, high-value transactions through executive-level relationship building
  • Monitor sales activity and report performance trends to senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience
  • Strong track record of sales achievement (President’s Club preferred)
  • Experience in high-volume transaction environments and accurate forecasting
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
  • Proven success in hiring and developing sales talent
  • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior leadership experience in channel sales
  • Experience within SaaS, physical security, or partner-led sales organizations
