Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue for the Focus LC product line
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Identify and close key opportunities within life science research areas
• Network with key decision makers to strengthen relationships
• Partner with biopharma clients to implement eco-friendly 'Green HPLC' solutions
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account information in CRM
• Coordinate with Field Application Scientists and Service teams for product demonstrations
• Attend trade shows, user group meetings, and virtual events

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
• 2+ years in Life Science capital equipment sales
• Experience selling to Biopharma, Drug Discovery, or PAT sectors
• Established industry network of contacts
• Ability to travel approximately 50%, including overnight travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HPLC or Mass Spectrometry
