About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional automotive sales team of approximately five employees
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with business priorities
- Directly manage one major strategic Tier 1 automotive account, including commercial direction and development
- Drive customer engagement, negotiations, and escalation management with key Tier 1 customers
- Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Business Units, and Operations to ensure customer success
- Promote modern, efficient ways of working, including the practical application of AI to improve team productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales, strategic account management, or regional commercial leadership
- Direct people-management experience or clear readiness for a formal leadership role
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with Tier 1 automotive customers
- Structured, execution-driven working style with high accountability
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluency in both English and German
