About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all regional branch KPIs are achieved effectively
  • Manage the quality and quantity of the portfolio in line with company goals
  • Oversee strategies, management, processes, and operations for all branches within the region
  • Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
  • Monitor staff performance through training, performance reviews, and conflict management
  • Maintain portfolio quality and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma III (D3) education
  • Experience leading at least 2 different areas
  • Experience leading a team of at least 50 members
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager in a Grameen Bank system or Microfinance institution
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
  • Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver's license
  • Willingness to be placed in any location
