About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all regional branch KPIs are achieved effectively
- Manage the quality and quantity of the portfolio in line with company goals
- Oversee strategies, management, processes, and operations for all branches within the region
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff
- Monitor staff performance through training, performance reviews, and conflict management
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III (D3) education
- Experience leading at least 2 different areas
- Experience leading a team of at least 50 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager in a Grameen Bank system or Microfinance institution
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
- Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver's license
- Willingness to be placed in any location
