Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and patient acquisition within the East and West Flanders regions
• Act as the primary contact for clinics, doctors, nurses, and medical teams to promote Vitalaire services
• Define and implement regional business action plans to meet qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Manage new hospital contract development and pitch marketing offers to medical stakeholders
• Coordinate product line training sessions for doctors and clinics in collaboration with therapists
• Implement and follow up on Tender business processes
• Analyze regional sales evolution and provide periodic activity reports for business reviews
• Manage product line price lists, quotations, and contract editions

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• At least 4 years of sales experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment
• Existing professional network among pneumology and sleep stakeholders in the region
• Knowledge of Oxygen, sleep, ventilation, or diabetes environments
• Understanding of Tender processes
• Fluency in Flemish, French, and English
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Result-driven and data-driven mindset
