About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10-16 direct reports and up to 30 part-time employees to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Monitor retail activities through field work and handheld technology reports to ensure effective execution of distribution and merchandising goals.
- Implement company staffing, training, and performance management models to hire and develop talent.
- Maintain an effective recruiting program, including the development of local college and internship programs.
- Provide leadership across functional areas, ensuring solution-based communication with local teams and the home office.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and district budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, such as District Manager, Customer Sales Executive, or Sales Development Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team of 10-16 direct reports.
- Experience with performance management, coaching, and recruiting processes.
