About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work and hands-on sales training
- Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity and supporting new sales and account expansion
- Maintain high standards of Salesforce hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
- Serve as the regional voice by surfacing customer insights and product feedback to leadership
- Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and manage team rhythms
- Recruit and develop high-performing talent to scale the U.S. team
Requirements
- Experience in frontline sales leadership, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments
- Ability to travel frequently (~60%) for in-field coaching and customer visits
- Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as consultative or challenger sales
- Strong operational rigor with CRM (Salesforce) and forecasting discipline
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing environments
