Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work and hands-on sales training
• Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity and supporting new sales and account expansion
• Maintain high standards of Salesforce hygiene and forecasting accuracy
• Serve as the regional voice by surfacing customer insights and product feedback to leadership
• Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and team rhythms
• Recruit and develop high-performing talent to scale the U.S. team

Requirements

• Experience in frontline sales leadership, ideally in high-growth or high-velocity environments
• Field-first mindset with willingness to travel approximately 60%
• Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as consultative or challenger sales
• Strong operational rigor with CRM and pipeline management expertise
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hardware + software environments
• Proven track record of coaching reps to improve performance
