Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work and hands-on sales training
- Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity and supporting new sales and account expansion
- Maintain high standards of Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Serve as the regional voice by surfacing customer insights and product feedback to leadership
- Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and team rhythms
- Recruit and develop high-performing talent to scale the U.S. team
Requirements
- Strong frontline sales leadership experience in high-growth environments
- Field-first mindset with willingness to travel approximately 60%
- Proficiency in modern sales methodologies and consultative selling
- Strong operational rigor with CRM and forecasting discipline
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing environments
