Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers through frequent in-field work and hands-on sales training
• Own regional revenue performance by driving consistent activity and supporting new sales and account expansion
• Maintain high standards of Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Serve as the regional voice by surfacing customer insights and product feedback to leadership
• Localize national strategy into regional execution plans and team rhythms
• Recruit and develop high-performing talent to scale the U.S. team

Requirements

• Strong frontline sales leadership experience in high-growth environments
• Field-first mindset with willingness to travel approximately 60%
• Expertise in modern sales methodologies and consultative selling
• High operational rigor with CRM and forecasting discipline
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growth environments
