About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and expand market presence across West Bengal, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh
- Strengthen the dealer-distributor network and manage key business relationships
- Provide strategic direction for the sales of Submersible Pumps & Motors, Mini Pumps, Domestic Pumps, and Monoblock Pumps
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams to deliver business targets
- Increase market penetration and enhance customer satisfaction
- Improve collection performance and ensure effective execution of sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel management and distributor/dealer development
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Deep understanding of the pumps and motors industry
