Regional Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using MEDDICC and BANT methodologies
• Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and medical networks
• Conduct field visits and in-person meetings with executives and physicians
• Perform consultative product demonstrations focused on clinical results and operational efficiency
• Manage complex negotiations with a focus on speed, profitability, and sustainability
• Document all commercial activity in HubSpot CRM
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
• Represent the company at industry events and medical fairs
• Lead territorial brand expansion through field strategy and local knowledge

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales (ideally in medical technology, SaaS, or complex solutions)
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales from market opening to closing
• Track record of quota achievement and territory expansion
• Ability to generate demand via cold calling, outbound prospecting, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Numerical and performance-driven mindset
• High autonomy, discipline, and self-management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial storytelling skills
• Availability to travel and work on-site in the field within the region
• Experience in high-pressure environments or startups (desirable)
