About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales team members to strengthen effectiveness and growth
- Provide guidance on prospecting, opportunity management, and negotiation
- Deliver training on sales process execution and CRM utilization
- Drive regional revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management
- Cultivate strategic partnerships through industry networking and trade shows
- Utilize CRM and reporting tools to monitor pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
- 10+ years of sales or business development experience with leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and CRM platforms
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in environmental services, industrial services, or regulated industries
- Sandler Sales Training certification
- Experience facilitating live training sessions
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics
