Regional Sales Director - SEA

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets across the ASEAN region.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional team of sales professionals through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring an effective sales process.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners within a 2-tier distribution model.
• Monitor sales data, pipeline health, and key metrics to forecast revenue and report progress to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing a regional sales team within the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven experience working with an IT cybersecurity vendor.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales utilizing a 2-tier distribution model.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity products, including network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the ASEAN region as needed.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
