Regional Sales Director - SEA

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the ASEAN region.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional team of sales professionals through coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring an effective sales process.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners within a 2-tier distribution model.
• Monitor sales data, pipeline health, and key metrics to forecast revenue and report progress to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and inside sales teams to align regional efforts with global business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing a regional sales team within the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven background and experience working with an IT cybersecurity vendor.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity products including network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the ASEAN region as required.
