About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives overseeing Service Cloud and Slack sales for the West Region
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members on the sales process to build a winning team
- Coach direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins and career development
- Provide mentorship by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings
- Deliver accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to senior management
- Lead demand-generation activities and implement successful sales campaigns
- Engage with C-level executives in enterprise customer organizations
- Work cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure consistent processes and team success
Requirements
- 15+ years of overall professional experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
- Proven background in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing Account Executives
- Strong executive engagement and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
