Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of AEs
  • Manage an existing team and book of business while hiring and building a new team
  • Own regional go-to-market strategy, including territory planning and pipeline health
  • Manage operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal reviews
  • Win complex, multi-stakeholder deals by aligning field engineering, product, and partnerships
  • Build relationships with technical buyers (security/engineering) and economic buyers (C-suite)
  • Partner with marketing on targeted programs and field events
  • Provide product feedback regarding pricing, packaging, and field requirements

Requirements

  • Experience directly managing AEs with a track record of hitting team targets
  • Proven ability to personally close high-level enterprise deals
  • Startup sales leadership experience, specifically building early-stage regions
  • Command of enterprise sales methodology and pipeline hygiene
  • Ability to sell effectively to technical audiences (security and engineering)
  • Coaching-first leadership style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS and AI
  • Experience selling complex platforms in security, infrastructure, DevOps, or data
  • Experience building regional playbooks and territory design
  • Familiarity with MCP and AI agents infrastructure
