Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of high-performing strategic account executives across the UK and Nordic regions
  • Accelerate the sales funnel through strategic account planning and tactical execution
  • Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting for the region
  • Nurture high-value executive relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty
  • Oversee the implementation of regional marketing and sales programs
  • Recruit, train, and manage world-class enterprise talent

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales team management experience
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience within a MEDDICC environment
  • Deep knowledge of the strategic enterprise customer landscape in the UK and Nordics
  • Strong understanding of subscription sales models, strategic software licensing, and SaaS/cloud technologies
  • Proven ability to analyze KPIs and drive teams toward overachievement
  • University degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in database sales
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC)
