About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and mentor District Managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure sales targets are met
  • Monitor regional performance and analyze data to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of Store Managers and sales representatives
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including new locations and partnerships

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales management and driving sales growth
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis and performance management
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
  • Existing network of high-performing sales representatives in the province
  • Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or districts
