About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth
- Manage and mentor District Managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure sales targets are met
- Monitor regional performance and analyze data to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of Store Managers and sales representatives
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including new locations and partnerships
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales management and driving sales growth
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis and performance management
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
- Existing network of high-performing sales representatives in the province
- Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or districts
