About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and mentor District Managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure sales targets are met
  • Monitor regional sales performance and analyze data to optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of Store Managers and sales representatives
  • Spearhead regional sales training initiatives and ensure consistent delivery across teams
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies across all districts
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including new locations and partnerships
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior leadership
  • Travel within the region to support District Managers and assess sales operations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales management with a track record of developing sales teams
  • 8+ years of experience driving sales growth and managing P&L profitability
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis and performance management
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership, communication, and negotiation
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the region
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Existing network of high-performing sales representatives is a plus
  • Ideally located within the Vancouver Region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or districts in financial services or direct-to-consumer sectors
