About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional sales team in the DACH region to acquire and grow system integrator accounts
  • Coach and manage team members by setting clear quarterly and annual business goals
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure proper opportunity creation through direct reports
  • Design and execute a comprehensive business practice for the territory
  • Manage quota targets and establish sales objectives in coordination with upper leadership
  • Create yearly business plans and work with leadership to develop new growth strategies
  • Oversee the sale of company products and services within the specified territory
  • Represent Motorola Solutions at trade shows, roadshows, and marketing events
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements to engineering and operations for product improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Solid sales experience with a proven track record
  • Experience in cloud, video security, and access control sales
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within the territory
  • Must reside within the DACH region (Germany)
