About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and sales across assigned European territories
  • Promote and sell our system platform and solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level, IT, and Operations decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and formal proposals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales
  • Proven experience selling software integration solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
  • Strong understanding of the European market landscape
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in an individual contributor role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling integration platforms, enterprise systems, or AI-driven solutions
  • Existing professional network within target industries such as financial services, retail, or tech
  • Multilingual skills to support various European regions
  • Experience working within a startup or high-growth environment
