Regional Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Assist in the planning and execution of sales meetings, events, and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 7-8 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
• Proven track record of supporting sales teams and achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
