Regional Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide data services for regional sales, including report generation and customer list printing
• Create reports and lists to support and track national regional sales activities
• Manage databases and handle customer inquiries
• Coordinate management signatures and collect/archive customer contracts
• Record price monitoring and assessments
• Manage and update tasks on shared drives
• Handle general administration and HR-related paperwork
• Manage customer credit limits and record delivery contracts
• Prepare materials and data for presentations and price quotes
• Handle external partner correspondence and document archiving

Requirements

• At least a secondary school degree
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, VBA is a plus)
• Proficiency in analysis and statistics preparation
• Reliable, accurate, and capable of working independently
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process optimization
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate parallel processes
