Regional Retail High Jewelry Manager, APAC

Responsibilities

• Develop regional High Jewelry strategies, including 3-year plans and yearly business targets for turnover and client recruitment.
• Adapt global strategies to local market needs in coordination with Retail, Marketing, Communication, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor and report on High Jewelry performance metrics, sharing insights and best practices across markets.
• Coordinate regular business review calls with HQ and local markets to track performance and invoicing plans.
• Collaborate with Training teams to develop Sales Associate capabilities and design regional High Jewelry and Watch board content.
• Orchestrate High Jewelry events from end-to-end, including client list consolidation, target setting, and on-site coordination.
• Conduct post-event performance reviews and follow up on sales commitments and conversions.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in the High Jewelry sector.
• Deep knowledge of the High-end Timepieces business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build connections and motivate others.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel as required to meet business needs.
