Regional Retail Director

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Regional and Retail Operations leaders and District Managers
• Serve as the primary owner of national retail operational governance, including SOPs and compliance
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, HR, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Act as a liaison between corporate strategy and field execution
• Support sales growth, labor optimization, and margin improvement initiatives
• Analyze sales data, market performance, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and implement standardized audit programs and internal processes
• Oversee inventory, point-of-sale, and compliance systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in a multi-unit, multi-state environment
• Proven experience scaling retail operations in high-growth organizations
• Strong knowledge of cannabis-specific POS and compliance systems (e.g., Dutchie, Metrc, Treez)
• Ability to travel regularly across national markets
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
