Regional Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned regional account portfolio across multiple APAC countries
• Drive client retention and improve profitability through revenue growth and cost reduction
• Negotiate contracts and manage implementation and consolidation processes
• Expand existing relationships to increase incremental transactions and volume both regionally and globally
• Conduct local, regional, and global client reviews to ensure customer success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage escalations and address ad-hoc account requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Proven experience in business, sales, or account management
• Experience working with large multinational corporations in a B2B capacity
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
• Ability to work with SFDC (Salesforce) is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing industry
• Willingness to travel periodically based on client requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the travel industry
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage P&L
