Regional Recruiting Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lateral recruiting across EMEA and APAC for investment and corporate functions
• Oversee lateral hiring across General Atlantic and Actis platforms
• Build direct sourcing strategies including internal mobility, referrals, and market mapping
• Partner with the Head of Early Talent Recruiting to deliver undergrad/MBA programs
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and HRBPs to shape recruiting strategy
• Implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and operating rhythms
• Maintain data integrity across ATS and HR systems and build reporting on funnel health

Requirements

• 7-12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Significant exposure to lateral hiring across EMEA and/or Asia Pacific markets
• Prior in-house recruiting experience in financial services, private equity, or professional services preferred
• Proven track record in direct sourcing and talent mapping
• Ability to work across multiple time zones including EMEA, APAC, and the US
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret funnel and source data
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
