Regional Recruiter for Admissions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary admissions representative for the Long Island, NY territory
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet institutional enrollment goals
• Conduct high school visits, regional fairs, and recruitment events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with counselors, advisors, and community partners
• Advise prospective students and families on the admissions, academic, and financial aid processes
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual presentations to prospective students
• Perform holistic application reviews to assess candidate admissibility
• Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Must reside and work from a home office within the Long Island, NY region
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within Long Island
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the recruitment schedule
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in Admissions, recruitment, or a related field
• Strong relationship-building and customer service background
• Familiarity with the Long Island region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
