About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to build a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for the assigned region.
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, Branch Managers, and Operations Managers to proactively meet hiring needs and review open post reports.
- Create and maintain a "Recruiting Toolbox" of resources, including flyers, brochures, and best practices for various hiring needs.
- Provide support and training to branch staff on using the automated applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on hiring effectiveness, costs, and future growth projections.
- Conduct regular branch site visits to review interviewing practices and provide coaching to improve interview-to-hire ratios.
- Assist with in-branch hiring activities, including hosting hiring events and supporting the interview process during peak periods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- Previous professional recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use technology to generate meaningful reports.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and at least one year of driving experience.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for regular travel between recruiting locations and branches.
- Ability to travel periodically and regularly, including some overnight travel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
