Regional Recovery Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Train and assist onboarding new recovery partners, including organizing and running recovery wet labs
• Perform Ossium tissue recoveries with recovery partners as needed, including short-notice travel
• Serve as the primary point of contact for recovery partners, addressing questions and concerns
• Ensure recovery partners are equipped with necessary supplies and operational support
• Interface with quality system to follow up on audit outcomes
• Maintain strong relationships with teams at all recovery partners and track turnover
• Track progress, collect data, and produce reports on recovery partner performance
• Train and oversee the performance of Tissue Recovery Specialists (Independent Contractors)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in an organ procurement organization (OPO)
• Hands-on tissue recovery experience
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• Must reside within the Northeast US and within 30 miles of a major airport
• Ability to work aseptically in controlled environments
• Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS)
• Tissue recovery training experience
