Regional Quality Referent

Responsibilities

• Coach and assist operational teams in implementing Quality, Safety, and Security standards
• Sensitize and train stakeholders on applicable standards
• Conduct regular field audits and site verifications to ensure compliance, specifically regarding parcel preparation
• Define and autonomously plan audit plans covering the entire perimeter
• Communicate audit results to managers and alert on any malfunctions or deviations
• Support operational teams in developing and monitoring corrective actions
• Propose improvement axes to reduce parcel loss (damage, disappearance, theft, fraud)
• Supervise standard application across sites using regularly updated scorecards

Requirements

• Higher education degree (BAC+2) with a specialization in Quality
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in English
• Mobile with a valid driver's license for regular travel
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for field training

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the logistics sector
• Internal auditor training or certification
