Regional Quality Manager

About the Company

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to support the frontier of AI development.

Responsibilities

• Build the construction quality function for the region from the ground up
• Develop and enforce QA/QC standards, inspection protocols, and documentation
• Run field inspections for conformance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Hold GCs, subcontractors, and trade contractors accountable via NCRs and corrective actions
• Manage third-party quality inspection and testing firms
• Build and report quality metrics to leadership and scale a regional inspection team

Requirements

• Senior-level experience leading construction quality, ideally in data centers or mission-critical projects
• Experience managing quality across multiple concurrent, fast-moving projects
• Deep knowledge of construction codes, contract documents, specifications, and inspection processes
• Proficiency with Reports, NCRs, RFIs, and closeout documentation
• Ability to own a region independently while collaborating on shared standards

Preferred Qualifications

• CQM, CQMC, or equivalent certification
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
