Regional Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of Quality Executives to ensure technical dispense standards and quality excellence
• Support and deploy the technical service model, ensuring technical breakdowns are resolved within SLA
• Set and deliver regional quality standards through clear objective setting and KPI tracking
• Manage relationships with 3rd party contractors and lead brewers to ensure delivery against quality KPIs
• Drive regional connectivity between Technical services and Commercial teams to align with commercial priorities
• Manage regional budgets for 3rd party contractors and equipment, including monthly forecasting
• Lead the regional Events Calendar, ensuring operational readiness and adherence to quality standards
• Foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive team culture through coaching and performance management

Requirements

• Experience working within the FMCG or a similar fast-moving sector
• Technical dispense expertise or a strong understanding of the dispense environment
• Proven experience managing large teams with the ability to motivate and develop high performance
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strategic relationships at all levels
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering continuous improvement
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
