Regional Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive quality performance through KPI management, performance reviews, and the reduction of customer complaints and cost of quality
• Lead the regional quality agenda and build a strong quality culture by strengthening problem-solving competencies
• Establish and continuously improve quality standards, systems, and methods across all regional plants
• Manage quality from an end-to-end perspective, including product development, suppliers, production, and laboratories
• Ensure effective root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Build trusted partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders to align expectations with operational execution
• Support IMS compliance and translate regulatory requirements into practical plant standards

Requirements

• University degree and several years of experience in quality management within manufacturing (ideally packaging or FMCG)
• Strong expertise in quality assurance, customer and supplier quality, and structured problem solving
• Deep knowledge of quality methodologies including RCA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop people and organizational capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Fluency in English and a high willingness to travel within the region
